A contact centre executive will pick up the phone, who will transfer your call to the secure IVR ticketing system if you confirm to pay through their contact center. The secure system will ask you to provide your credit card details. After that, your credit card details will be confirmed and authorized, after which you will receive an automated voice response, and your e-ticket will be delivered to your email address almost instantly. The facility of Jet Konnect IVR ticketing system saves you from visiting a travel agent, booking through a local booking center, or even browsing through the Internet. The entire ticket booking process can be completed right within a phone call.
Who can avail the Jet Konnect IVR ticketing system?
The IVR ticketing facility is available for all e-ticket eligible sectors. Multiple sectors, multiple guests, and different types of guests can be booked through a single PNR. However, the facility cannot be used for bookings created by travel agents. The facility is also not currently available for interline bookings, travel agents, GDS, other airline PNRs, open dated itinerary, industry discount travelers or employee rebated travelers. You may not be able to book your ticket through IVR if you need to show validation documents at the time of booking, such as military, senior citizens, blind patients, cancer patients, disabled patients, sea men, students, MEDA, leave travel concession holders or unaccompanied minors. You will be able to access the IVR system only through a BSNL, MTNL, Tata or Vodafone phone line from any part of India.
